Licensify sells digital products. Delivery information is provided on each product page and during the purchase process.
How delivery works
After an order is confirmed, purchase information is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Where a product includes a downloadable file, delivery instructions explain how to access it. Any processing or verification requirements should be stated with the product.
Check your email address
Use an email address you can access and check your inbox and spam folder for order messages. Keep the order confirmation for future reference. You do not need a customer account to place an order.
If your delivery is missing
Contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will check the order status and help you locate the delivery information. Avoid sending payment-card details or passwords.

Before purchase, review device requirements, software edition, license duration and regional restrictions. Follow the publisher’s instructions for installation and activation.
